Responsibilities include obtaining donor history and vitals, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting donor recruitment initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors and/or patients.
• Performs phlebotomy and blood collection procedures.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism toward all customers.
• Assists with donor recruitment where applicable.
