Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Charitable Giving Account Administrator to support the Donor Advised Fund and Private Foundation Administration products. You will respond to inquiries from internal relationship teams and external clients, and build strong rapport with NT partners, prospects, and centers of influence.

The role emphasizes ensuring daily tasks, compliance, data analysis, and use of Office tools; candidates should have 3–5 years experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor advised funds and private foundations in financial services.
• Strong relationship management and client service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point for donor advised fund and private foundation administration.
• Balance workload between donor advised funds and foundation administration.
• Support account opening, onboarding, grants, and maintenance for clients.
• Address requests from internal/external sources via shared inbox and phone.
• Create and maintain program collateral.
• Identify service improvements and process enhancements.
