Qualifications

• Customer service and cashier-style interactions with donors and shoppers.
• Ability to merchandise and move materials on a sales floor.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize merchandise displays and the warehouse to keep a clean environment.
• Move products from processing areas to the sales floor as needed.
• Assist Sales team to merchandise products on the sales floor.
• Accept and process donations from donors and decline non-accepted items.
• Ensure donation forms are filled out and filed.
• Assist with unloading donation trucks and in courtyard materials.
• Support metal recycling by sorting recyclable metals.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
