Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production at our Kearney Warehouse in Denver. The role focuses on sorting donated items, pricing, tagging, and preparing them for sale while maintaining an organized sales floor and delivering customer service.

The position is full-time with a weekday, day-shift schedule and may involve cross-training in additional areas. A self-starter with attention to detail is preferred; training is available for brand and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to train right candidate and learn brand/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated items by type and quality, including season, color and condition.
• Hang, size, price, tag and prepare items for sale on the floor.
• Inspect items and perform quick tests to ensure they are functional.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked sales floor and provide customer service.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
