Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Driver to safely operate a vehicle for pickup, transport and delivery of donated goods. You will help unload, safeguard items, and assist with driving tasks while following safety rules and local laws. Candidates should have a valid license and clean MVR.

Starting pay is $18.87 per hour with comprehensive benefits. This role requires 21+ and the ability to pass background checks. Join a team focused on community impact and reliable service.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months intercity driving experience with a 26-foot bobtail and air brakes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR and Medical Examiner’s Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a vehicle to collect, transport and/or deliver donations.
• Safeguards donated goods to prevent damage during shipment.
• Unloads vehicles and moves items as required.
• Provides basic direction to Truck Helper when applicable.
• Performs daily vehicle maintenance checks.
