Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Donation Services Truck Driver Helper in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports the donation team by aiding pickups, loading goods, and delivering trailer pods while engaging with the community in a courteous, safety‑minded manner.

Responsibilities include assisting the driver, handling donated items, and participating in donation drives and neighborhood outreach, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Formación

• High School education or equivalent required.
• 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Must be trainable and able to follow directions.
• Must be 18+ and fluent in English.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with clean MVR.
• Background check and drug screen as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Donation Services Driver with pickups from residential and business locations.
• Safely load/unload and organize donated goods.
• Provide courteous customer service to donors and protect donor property.
• Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of donation drives.
• Walk neighborhoods for outreach and distribute promotional materials.
• Operate equipment safely and follow PPE and safety policies.
