Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Box Truck Driver in Phoenix to safely collect, transport, and deliver donated goods. This role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

You will assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service. The position supports Goodwill’s mission to empower individuals and strengthen families.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum six months intercity driving experience with 5-speed auto transmission/26-ft bobtail.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to collect, transport and deliver donations, merchandise and materials.
• Safeguard donated goods to prevent damage during shipment.
• Assist with unloading and minimize damage to donated materials.
• Provide courteous customer service and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE; perform daily vehicle checks.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet daily work requirements.
• May work overtime to complete tasks.
