Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking Donations Sorters/Pricers to be the face of Goodwill for donors. The role includes greeting donors, unloading donated goods, and providing friendly service while assisting with receipts.

Team-oriented individuals who can evaluate merchandise and price items appropriately, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Evening and weekend hours are required as stores are open extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors and unloading donated goods.
• Providing friendly and informed customer service to donors, assisting with receipts.
• Maintaining a safe and neat work environment- taking pride in the efficiency of their area.
• Position may include cross-training in the following areas: Cash Register, Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in a production style setting.
• Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
