Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking Donations Sorters/Pricers who are friendly, team-oriented, and capable of assisting donors while pricing items for sale. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working across store hours to support the donation center.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent; production or related experience is preferred. Hours align with store hours, including weekends; starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

• Strong interpersonal skills to assist donors and provide receipts.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and help unload donated goods.
• Provide friendly and informed customer service to donors, assist with receipts.
• Maintain a safe, neat work area and take pride in efficiency of the space.
• Cross-train in Cash Register, Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textiles & clothing; may lift 50 lbs and repeated 10–35 lbs.
