Hope Gospel Mission’s Hope Bargain Center is seeking staff to process donations for sorting and merchandising and to help maintain a faith-based, healthy work environment. The role can be filled as either full-time or part-time, with supervision by the Store Manager.

The ideal candidate has a good work ethic and an interest or experience with reusable goods, plus the ability to take directions, communicate professionally, and work well with others in a team setting.

We are searching for a few more staff members to join our team at the Hope Bargain Center! In this role, you will process donations for sorting and merchandising. The ideal candidate has an excellent work ethic and will thrive in helping to maintain a faith-based, healthy, and intentional work environment.

Position Objective:

Process incoming donations in preparation for final sorting and merchandising.

Classification:

Either full-time (greater than 30 weekly hours) or part-time (less than 30 weekly hours) are available

Supervisor:

Store Manager

Experience, Education, Requirements:

• Good work ethic
• Interest or experience in working with reusable goods
• Coaching, teaching, or teamwork experience desired
• Communicate professionally and clearly
• Ability to take directions from Supervisor
