Goodwill-of-Wny- West Seneca location is hiring a Retail Backroom (Production) Associate for softlines. You will sort donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories and help prepare items for the sales floor.

On-site, full-time role requiring physical stamina, lifting up to 100 lbs, and teamwork. Compensation is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with pay reviews and benefits in line with policy.

Responsibilities

• Sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories.
• Prices items using our guide and identifies high-value goods.
• Meets daily production goals and quality standards.
• Transports donations to sales floor then stocks, rotates, and displays items.
• Keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Transports items to the compactor/dumpster as needed.
• Assists at the donation door and moves donations as needed.
