Job summary

Goodwill Industries of San Diego County is seeking a Processing Worker I to sort, price, clean and stock donated goods, and assist on the sales floor while delivering excellent customer service to donors and customers in Oceanside, CA.

The role requires ability to lift and move donated items; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred and at least 6 months' experience or completion of a GISD program is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent experience or GISD program.
• Knowledge of quality clothing and famous brand merchandise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, clean, price and tally donations for the sales floor.
• Push racks and carts to the retail floor and assist stocking.
• Open and close donations area; safeguard donations and keep areas clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Assist truck helpers and drivers to load/unload trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
