Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from containers and move goods to appropriate production areas.
• Sort donations into bins for processing and maintain a smooth flow to production.
• Operate cardboard compactors and identify problems as needed.
• Maintain donor tallies and a clean, safe work environment.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and report hazards or accidents.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers, including those with limited English.
