Job summary

M&M Management is seeking a Driver to operate a box truck for donation pickups and to load, transport, and unload items to the warehouse or designated locations. The role requires excellent customer service, safety, and accurate record-keeping of donations.

Responsibilities include following routes, maintaining vehicle condition, and effectively communicating with donors while adhering to health and safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Follow designated pickup routes efficiently to maximize donations.
• Communicate courteously with donors while coordinating pickups.
• Load and unload donated items safely.
• Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized pickup vehicle and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Record donation details accurately (item descriptions, donor info).
• Provide excellent customer service and thank donors for their contributions.
• Report unique donations to management.
• Follow health and safety protocols when handling items.
