Job summary

Goodwill Tracy is seeking a Part Time Donation Attendant to greet donors, process donations, and manage receipts at the Tracy, CA location. You will sort items, record donor data, and move materials to staging areas while following agency policy.

Responsibilities include safe handling of donations, operation of the electronic warehouse system, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace. A flexible schedule, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• Elementary education required.
• Six months customer service or six months material handling is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a friendly, courteous manner and handles donations per policy.
• Records donor information and counts electronically.
• Manages donated materials safely to maximize value.
• Records E-Waste donations according to California recycling rules.
• Uses the warehouse system to scan in and out materials.
• Keeps work area safe and organized; performs in-store processing duties as assigned.
• Sorts and handles trash appropriately and maintains attendance.
