Job summary

The Salvation Army A Georgia Corp in Florida is seeking a part-time Store Clerk to support daily sales and donation processing. You will ring up purchases, handle transactions, and assist customers while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

You will also receive, sort, and price donated items, ensure orderly displays, and help balance the cash drawer at shift end. Prior cashiering experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; related retail experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of cashiering experience.
• Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle sales transactions accurately.
• Assist customers and answer questions about pricing and policies.
• Receive, sort, and display donated items; prepare items for sale.
• Maintain neat, secure checkout area and balance cash drawer.
