Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Follow designated pickup routes efficiently to maximize donations.
• Communicate with donors courteously and professionally while coordinating pickups.
• Load and unload donated items into and out of the pickup vehicle safely.
• Ensure items are handled with care and securely packed to prevent damage during transportation.
• Maintain a clean and organized pickup vehicle, with regular inspections and reporting safety concerns.
• Accurately record donation details and donor information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and thank donors for their contributions.
• Report unique or valuable donations to management.
• Follow health and safety protocols when handling potentially hazardous items.
• Efficiently unload donated items upon returning to the store and organize them for sorting.
