Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers and donors to build rapport.
• Assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Provide receipts, process returns, and maintain inventory levels.
• Keep store interior and exterior clean and safe.
• Maintain accurate cash register procedures and records.
• Accept, record, sort, and process donations.
• Assist with loading/unloading donated goods.
• Sanitize items as required by state law.
• Prepare bins for shipment.
• Operate a pallet jack if applicable.
• Use UKG for clocking in/out and submitting timesheets.
