Arc Thrift Stores is seeking an Unloader in Parker, CO for a full-time, day shift. Pay is $17.50 per hour. The role involves sorting donated merchandise, unloading containers, and assisting in the production flow.

Responsibilities include unloading, processing saleable items, maintaining a clean workstation, and adhering to safety policies. Lifting up to 50 lbs (up to 400 lbs with equipment) and potential overtime are expected.

Responsibilities

• Unloading: tally each full donation container with a supervisor before unloading; unload quickly and coordinate with Back Up to maintain flow; remove saleable items from trash and separate non-saleables.
• Processing: move processed saleable items to the appropriate sorter or bin; maximize variety at each workstation; meet timelines and production goals.
• Workstation: keep area clean and organized; ensure carts are full; coordinate with Back Up to replace containers and remove trash.
• Safety: follow arc safety policy; report hazards; maintain hazard-free environment.
• Other duties: work as part of a team; good communication; perform other duties as requested.
• Working environment: production setting with temperature fluctuations; heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, up to 400 lbs with pallet jack; walking/standing most of shift; overtime possible.
