Job summary

Arc Thrift Stores in Pueblo, CO is seeking an Unloader to sort and distribute incoming merchandise to the designated sorters, supporting store productivity and increasing sales. You will unload donation containers, separate saleable items from trash, maintain a clean workstation, and coordinate with the supervisor and other team members to meet production goals.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work day shifts in a fast-paced production

Responsibilities

• Unloading: tally every full donation “container” with a supervisor before starting to unload.
• Processing: pushes the processed, saleable items to the appropriate sorter or places item into a bin at the workstation.
• Workstation: maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area for safety and efficiency.
• Safety: follow arc safety policy, report hazards.
• Other duties: may be asked to perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
• Working environment: production environment with temperature fluctuations, lifting up to 50 lbs, up to 400 lbs racks, up to 500 lbs with aid.
