Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, Inc. seeks a management-level leader to oversee the operations of donation centers and the home pickup team at Rogers, AR. This role focuses on supervising staff, delivering excellent donor service, and meeting production goals.
You will train associates, schedule pickups, ensure safety and policy compliance, and serve as the on-site point of contact during operating hours while coordinating across locations to uphold ACE culture.

High School or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job educations in a specific skill: office skills, shop skills, or others. 12-18 months related experience and/or training, plus 1 to 6 months of related management experience.
