Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle safety and safe operation; promptly report incidents.
• Perform daily walk-around inspections of the vehicle and equipment.
• Keep truck cab and box clean; remove personal items daily.
• Plan daily routing based on pickups and schedule calls.
• Represent The Salvation Army professionally with customers and donors.
• Maintain complete and accurate records; adhere to procedures.
• Assist Thrift Store personnel with item placement and loading.
• Instruct and supervise Truck Helper; mentor in rehab program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
