KARM Stores is hiring a Donation Processor Shift Lead for Alcoa and Maryville locations in Tennessee. The role focuses on receiving and processing donated merchandise, coordinating with managers, and ensuring quality and timely pricing for the sales floor.

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available. Benefits include PTO, employee discounts, and bonuses. Typical shifts require weekend availability, with Sundays off guaranteed for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work Saturdays and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delegating tasks and responsibilities with the Processing Manager and Assistant Processing Manager, especially when the Manager is not on shift.
• Receive & sort donated merchandise
• Inspect, evaluate, and determine sellable quality
• Price & prepare items for the sales floor
• Meet daily & weekly production goals (Company Target: 35 processed pieces per hour)
• Maintain organization & safety within the processing area
• Work closely with team members to keep inventory moving efficiently
