Job summary

KARM Stores in Maryville and Alcoa, TN is seeking a Production Associate to support donation processing, presorting and pricing merchandise across our Alcoa and Maryville locations.

You will help the team meet daily production goals, including the target of 35 pieces produced per hour, while maintaining legible handwriting and accurate work in a fast-paced setting. Eligible for benefits, employee discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to write legibly by hand.
• Commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and statements.
• General typing skills and basic web browsing capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and follow written or oral instructions.
• Proficiency in production to meet goals and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform required duties within the processing team, including accepting donations, presorting, and pricing merchandise.
• Achieve daily and weekly production goals set by the manager, including 35 pieces produced per hour target.
• Produce quick, accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the team in living the company mission and core values.
