Job summary

Karm-Stores- in Athens, TN, is seeking an entry-level production associate to support donation processing, presorting, and pricing merchandise in a fast-paced team environment.

The role offers $14.00–$15.00 per hour to start, plus benefits & PTO and opportunities for career growth. Shifts run 9a–6p with some Saturdays required; a 90-day raise is available for all team members based on performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
• Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
• Must become proficient in production to meet established goals.
• Stand - up to 100% of a standard work day.
• Lifting and Bending - up to 75% of a standard work day.
• Moderate to heavy physical activity; ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and weekly production goals set by the manager. This includes hitting the overall company goal of 35 pieces produced per hour.
• Ability to produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
