• Ability to write legibly by hand.

Responsibilities

• Handle donation processing, presorting, and pricing merchandise.
• Greet donors and communicate Mel Trotter’s story and appreciation.
• Assist in receiving donations and issuing receipts.
• Maintain clean, organized reception, presort, and processing areas.
• Follow policies and pricing guides for donated items.
• Research merchandise to maximize value for donations.
• Collaborate with Processing Manager and team daily.
• Meet daily/weekly production goals set by management.
