Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking entry-level team members to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and price merchandise. You will work indoors and outdoors, following safety guidelines and helping keep the store organized.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The role emphasizes team cooperation, reliable attendance, and a positive, active work style.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
