Responsibilities

• Load and unload donated items into the pickup vehicle.
• Maintain accurate donation records and donor information.
• Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
• Report maintenance or safety issues and keep the vehicle clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the organization professionally.
• Follow health and safety protocols for handling potentially hazardous materials.
• Assist in unloading at the warehouse and sorting areas.
