Job summary

College Hunks Hauling Junk of Baltimore is hiring a Donation Pick-Up Team Member to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will assist with junk removal, donation pick-ups, and light hauling for residential and commercial clients in Baltimore County and city areas.

Responsibilities include safety, load planning, estimating job scopes, and supporting marketing efforts while representing the brand with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or willingness to train.
• Sales-oriented attitude and ability to convince customers.
• Collaborative team participant with a positive approach.
• Energetic and able to sustain performance in a lively work environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform residential and commercial hauling, including junk removal and donation pickups.
• Generate estimates for junk removal jobs and assist with load planning.
• Support daily marketing activities (truck waves, door hangers, yard signs, promotions).
• Navigate between Baltimore-area locations and assist the Team Leader with duties.
• Perform general labor tasks such as setup, cleanup, and yard work as needed.
