Donation Pick-Up Team Member – College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving

Location: Baltimore, MD

Overview

College Hunks Hauling Junk of Baltimore is seeking motivated, responsible, and customer‑service‑oriented individuals to work as Hauling Team Members. You may bring prior junk‑removal or donation‑pick‑up experience, or be willing to train for progression to Hauling Team Member or Hauling Team Leader.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently perform residential and commercial hauling services, including junk removal, donation pick‑ups, and general labor tasks.
Generate estimates for junk‑removal jobs and assist with load planning.
Handle daily marketing activities such as truck waves, door hangers, yard sign posting, and caravan promotion.
Navigate between locations within Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Harford County, and help Team Leader complete mandatory duties.
Assume general labor duties such as setting up pictures, household chores, or yard work as required.

Hours

Our franchise operates Monday–Sunday, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Hauling services can start anytime from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. For a 6:00 am service you should arrive at the truck or office one hour early. Some larger or special VIP commercial jobs may extend beyond normal hours. Mandatory monthly All‑Staff meetings are required, usually scheduled outside normal business hours. Positions are part‑time (10–40 hrs/week) with the possibility of full‑time (30–40 hrs/week) based on performance. Hours are performance‑based; higher performance may earn additional hours.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (or willingness to obtain one).
