Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking a ReStore Donation Coordinator to manage donation intake, screen items, and coordinate pickups and routes. You will foster positive donor relationships and identify new donation sources while optimizing truck routes for efficiency and cost savings.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Experience with scheduling software and CRM tools is a plus; familiarity with the Fort Wayne area

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage donation inquiries and donor communications.
• Screen donations and provide acceptance guidelines.
• Schedule residential pickups and design efficient truck routes.
• Maintain accurate donor records and scheduling data.
• Monitor routes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Support volunteers and community partners as required.
