Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking entry-level team members in Charlotte, North Carolina. Starting at $15/hour with annual raises and bonuses, you’ll also receive training and benefits.

You’ll greet donors, assist with unloading donations, price merchandise, and help keep the store clean and organized while working indoors and outdoors. No experience is required, comprehensive safety guidance is provided, and you’ll join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift and move items; standing and walking.
• Willing to work in indoor/outdoor conditions and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements
