Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, Inc. is seeking entry-level team members to assist donors, unload donations, and price merchandise. You will follow safety guidelines, maintain clean work areas, and help with loading and unloading donation trailers.

The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 100+ pounds, with indoor and outdoor work environments. Full-time hours include benefits and opportunities for growth through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You'll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements
