Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a full-time position. You will greet donors, assist with unloading donations, sort and price merchandise, and keep areas tidy.

The role includes indoor and outdoor work with exposure to the elements and opportunities for growth through free skill-building trainings. Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks during your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You’ll work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
