Qualifications

• 3 years work experience in EMT, ER, ICU tech or equivalent healthcare role.
• Experience coordinating transportation and shipments is a plus.
• Ability to triage communications and advocate for donation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate preliminary donor eligibility by reviewing medical data and coordinating tissue shipments.
• Identify and process organ, tissue, and eye referrals to maximize donation opportunities.
• Provide compassionate support to families and complete authorization documents.
