Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Colorado Springs to join the Production department. This full-time role offers daily tasks in donation sorting, receiving, stocking, and ensuring TSA standards are met.

You'll work under the Store Manager, perform quality inspections, follow safety regulations, and help maintain an organized donation area. A High School diploma and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations to be processed according to Salvation Army standards.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the donation trailer/pod area at the start/end of each shift.
• Sort product per TSA policy.
• Provide Quality Assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
