Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Donation Express Lead in Nashville to supervise Donation Express Centers. You will assist donors, unload donations, issue receipts, and safeguard items by sorting and packing them properly.

The role requires leading attendants and ensuring clean, organized centers. Responsibilities include traveling between DEC sites, training staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies while promoting a positive donor

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience managing people required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds frequently.
• Must have own transportation to travel between DEC sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

## Donation Express LeadApply: Nashville, TN: Full time: Posted Today: 18244**Job Location**Cockrill Bend - Donations Management**Job Summary:**The Donation Express Lead will provide for the most consistent supervision of the Donations Express Centers. To represent Goodwill by assisting donors in a prompt, friendly manner when unloading their donations and providing receipts. To safeguard donations by sorting and packing them in proper receptacles in the donation center.
