Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to greet donors in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch service. You will be friendly, helpful, and ready to assist visitors.

You may assist in unloading donations, sort by category, keep the donation areas clean, and strive to meet daily goals while following the organization's Best Practices. The role supports all aspects of operations as directed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for the full shift.
• Must be physically able to move 20–100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required; having a criminal conviction is not an automatic bar.

Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Must assist in all aspects of operations, as directed.

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
