Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to welcome donors and support donation processing in a fast-paced setting. You will help unload vehicles, sort donations by category, and keep donation areas clean while aiming to meet daily work goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to ESGW Best Practices, and willingness to assist in all aspects of operations as directed by supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry 20–100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required; having a criminal conviction is not an automatic bar to employment.
• Must be able to move independently within the facility, with reasonable accommodation if needed.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
