Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking a Donation Attendant for the OKC-South Sooner location. You will transport donated goods from customer vehicles and company trucks, greet customers, and issue detailed receipts while maintaining clean facilities and following safety rules.

The role requires reading and completing paperwork and communicating clearly with staff and drivers. The position involves a 40-hour work week with variable hours, physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, and

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrates experience in areas of customer service or interaction preferred.
• Clear communication skills with supervisor and truck drivers, as well as with the customers.
• Ability to read and complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Transport donated goods, new goods and target product from customer vehicles and GICO trucks.
• Greet the public in a professional, cheerful manner and provide customers with detailed written receipts.
• Keep work and public areas neat, clean and orderly.
• Maintain GICO equipment and property in good working condition and follow quality control standards.
• Open, close and secure ADC at the end of shift.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports, tallies and inventories as assigned.
• Abide by safety policies and attend safety training sessions.
