Job summary

Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently. The position offers a base pay of $14.50/hr and various benefits including a 401(k) plan and paid time off. This is a full-time entry-level role involving physical tasks such as lifting and sorting donations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the donation door graciously and promptly.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Sort donations into categories to prepare for transport to stores.
• Assist the transportation team with the loading of trucks when necessary.
