Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Donation Attendant for the Hannibal store (Stardust team). The position is hourly full-time with a rate of $15.50 and a monthly bonus potential up to $250.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service interactions, including greetings and tax receipts.
• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort items into sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet or trash per guidelines.
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate donations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock efficiently.
• Keep aisles and walkways debris-free and safe.
