The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a full-time Donation Attendant for the store in California. The role involves assisting donors with donations, handling receipts, and keeping the donation area tidy and secure at the start and end of each shift.

You will maintain necessary reports, organize donated items, and assist with loading donations onto trucks as needed, while following dress code and scheduling requirements.

Qualificações

• Strong communication with coworkers and donors
• Ability to read and write and follow both written and verbal directions
• Comfort with standing, walking, and handling items during shifts

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and clean up the area in and around the Donation trailer/pod at the beginning and end of each shift
• Appear neatly and cleanly dressed per dress code policy
• Courteously assist donors and provide receipts for donated items
• Maintain reports and paperwork as instructed by the Supervisor
• Sort donated material into proper containers and stack as directed
• Assist drivers with loading donations onto trucks as needed
• Notify supervisor when supplies (brooms, receipts, totes, carts) are running low
• Secure and lock the Donation trailer/pod at shift end
• Maintain flexible availability for scheduling
• Perform other duties as assigned
