Job summary

Goodwill Industries—Knoxville, Inc. is seeking a full-time Donation Center Attendant at the Northshore ADC in Knoxville, TN. You will greet donors, receive and sort donations, and assist customers with recycling and disposal needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean center, producing a positive donor experience, and working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Pre-employment drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• Energetic and flexible with excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Greet donors and handle donations professionally.
• Ability to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated items.
• Inspect, sort, and place donations into holding bins.
• Assist customers in the disposal of recycled materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the donation center inside and outside.
• Provide positive, professional customer service and greetings.
