Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. in Clinton, TN is hiring a full-time Sales/Production Associate for our retail store. The role involves customer service, sales, cashiering, stocking, and merchandise handling in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, and can pass a pre-employment drug screen. You will support donations processing, pricing, and store operations to enhance community impact.

Qualifications

• Energetic and flexible candidates with excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Summary covers customer service, sales, cashiering, stocking, sorting, inventory management, sizing, color coordination, and cleaning activities in a retail store.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated items and thank donors.
• Process items: sort, hang clothing and merchandise, test/clean/sort small items.
• Cashiering: complete sales and manage cash/credit transactions per procedures.
• Cleaning: maintain floors, shelves, fixtures, and store areas; report repairs.
• Customer service: assist customers, price items, provide store information, promote recycling bags.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
