Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process donated clothing, shoes, and goods via drive-thru.
• Greet donors professionally and promote the organization's mission.
• Collaborate to sort, transport, and prepare goods for processing and recycling.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Safely load/unload donor vehicles and trailers.
• Inspect, sort, and categorize donated items.
• Prepare materials for recycling or distribution.
• Operate effectively indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Move carts and goods throughout the day.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
