Goodwill Manasota, Inc. in Jensen Beach, FL is hiring a Part Time Donation Center Attendant to be the first point of contact for donors. You’ll greet donors, help unload donations, and provide tax receipts, delivering friendly, efficient service.

You’ll record donor information, sort donations into saleable, salvage, or trash categories, keep the site clean and safe, safeguard items, and assist with transportation or site operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, evenings, weekends, or different locations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors promptly and courteously, assisting with unloading donations and providing tax receipts.
• Accurately record donor information and maintain daily donation counts.
• Sort donations into appropriate categories (saleable, salvage, or trash).
• Keep the donation site clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Safeguard all donated items and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Support transportation or site operations as needed and report safety or maintenance concerns.
