Qualifications

• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

• Able to stand for extended periods and work in variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation area.
• Provide donation receipts and collect donor emails.
• Sort, load, and unload donated goods according to policies.
• Power sort donations and support production processes.
• Communicate courteously with donors about accepted items.
• Represent The Salvation Army professionally.
• Follow safety procedures and lifting guidelines.
• Work with store and production teams; flexible shifts including weekends.
