Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Donation Attendant to deliver excellent customer service while receiving and sorting donated goods. You will help with unloading donations, issue tax receipts, and maintain accurate counts in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires Sundays availability, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating basic equipment like pallet jacks and dollies as needed. PT, non-exempt, on-site position in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to donors and customers.
• Greet donors and customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Assist with unloading donations and transporting goods using carts or dollies.
• Issue tax receipts and thank donors for support.
• Maintain accurate daily counts of donations.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized for shelving and processing.
