Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a donation associate to help customers with donated goods, greet donors, and assist them in unloading their vehicles. You will presort donations and label them by category.
The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, compliance with safety rules, background check, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. No prior experience required, high school diploma preferred.
Contribute to the mission of Goodwill by assisting customers with donated goods. Responsible for the timely, accurate and safe pre-sorting of donations.
The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI.
